Drew Rivas

President / Founder

Drew brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, backed by a degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University and additional project management studies through Villanova University. Building runs in his blood, with a strong family legacy rooted in the trade.

Licensed in both North and South Carolina with an unlimited classification, Drew has successfully managed projects ranging from custom home additions to full-scale residential builds and commercial construction.

Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, he approaches every project with the same goal: bringing each client’s vision to life with precision, integrity, and care—no matter the size or scope.

Kelly Rivas

Founder & Senior Interior Designer

Known for her refined eye and passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces, she brings both artistry and intention to every project. With deep roots in a family of builders and a natural instinct for design, she takes a thoughtful, hands-on approach—carefully listening to each client’s vision and transforming it into a home that feels like a true sanctuary.

Grace Kohler

Chief Operating Officer

Grace serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Diamond Construction, overseeing operations, finances, and project logistics to ensure every project runs smoothly. With OSHA certification and an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Finance, she brings a strong foundation in both safety and financial management. Grace is committed to maintaining efficiency and delivering results clients can trust.

Ray Rivas

Project Manager

Ray oversees projects throughout the Triad area of North Carolina, helping ensure each one runs smoothly from start to finish. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Ray plays an important role in keeping projects on schedule and up to the standard our clients expect.
